The Deal

Here is the deal everyone.  My name is Dave, and tomorrow I am going to walk into a title company office with my realtor, my banker, and the folks from the title company and I am going to close on a house.  It is not a large house, a new house, or in the best repair.  It is what you would call a fixer upper, and my girlfriend Traci amd I are going to go ahead and do our best to do the fixing ourselves.  We thought that you might like to come along, see the trials and tribulations, and "enjoy" the journey as we do.  This won't be an every day thing, but go ahead and keep watching and see how it all turns out.
